A few drops each morning has become second nature. My energy feels steadier through the afternoon, and I'm not reaching for snacks as much.

I like that it's a simple liquid rather than a handful of capsules. About a month in, my energy feels more consistent through the day.

Went with the 3-bottle pack to give it a real 90 days. It's become an easy part of my routine, and I appreciate the honest guarantee terms.
